Overview

The FullStory integration pairs session replay data with Squad’s feedback and roadmap tools, giving product teams a richer understanding of the user experience. When users report issues or request features, session replays provide the visual context needed to fully understand their experience. By connecting qualitative feedback with quantitative session data, teams can prioritize with greater confidence and build solutions that address root causes.

Benefits

Session replay context for feedback: Link session replays to user feedback, giving product teams visual evidence of the issues users describe in their own words. Frustration signal detection: Surface rage clicks, error encounters, and other frustration signals from FullStory to identify pain points that may not appear in traditional feedback channels. UX issue identification: Automatically detect and surface usability issues from session data, helping teams proactively address problems before they generate negative feedback.
This integration is coming soon. FullStory will be available to connect in a future update. Stay tuned to our changelog for announcements.

Common use cases

  1. Bug reproduction: Use session replays linked to bug reports to quickly understand and reproduce issues, reducing investigation time for engineering teams.
  2. UX friction detection: Identify points of friction in the user experience by correlating FullStory frustration signals with feedback themes in Squad.
  3. Feature adoption tracking: Monitor how users interact with newly shipped features through session replays, validating whether solutions achieve their intended outcomes.
In the meantime, you can import session insights manually using Squad’s paste import feature on the Insights page.
