Four providers import public reviews into Squad. App Store Reviews, Play Store Reviews, Google Reviews and Trustpilot Reviews. Reviews arrive as signals and feed the same pipeline as everything else. That’s the whole of what they do.
None of the four declares a trigger or an agent tool. An agent can never be started by a new review, and no agent flow can read reviews directly. Reviews reach you through the pipeline instead. Extraction, clustering, then the insights that come out the far end.
If you want an agent to react to review content, trigger it on something else and let it work from the signals the reviews produced.
There’s nothing to authorise. These run on Squad’s own credentials, so clicking Connect takes you straight to the detail page, where the header reads Not configured until you add your first source.

Adding it is what creates the integration. What you add depends on the provider.
App Store
Pick a country (the storefront), then search for your app by name.
Play Store
Pick a country, then search for your app by name.
Google Reviews
Pick a country, then search for your business and choose it from the Google Maps suggestions. Country controls which Google locale Squad queries.
Trustpilot
Paste your review page URL, in the form https://www.trustpilot.com/review/yourdomain.com.
Each provider is its own card on the Integrations page with its own detail page. You can track several apps, businesses or domains per provider, and the same app in more than one country.
Squad imports your most recent reviews as soon as you add a source, then syncs daily. Each sync pulls up to 150 reviews on the Play Store and 100 on the other three.Every tracked source shows its state on the detail page. It reads Awaiting first sync… before the first import, then Last synced N reviews on <date>. A source can be Paused, which stops the daily sync without deleting it, or Removed entirely. A source that hits a problem shows an Error badge.
Add your iOS app for the US storefront and your Trustpilot domain. Over the next day the recent reviews land as signals and cluster with everything else you’ve collected. A one-star review about a broken export and a support ticket about the same export end up in the same cluster, and turn up together inside insights.Track a competitor’s app the same way if you want their reviews as evidence too. Squad treats them as ordinary signals.
No triggers and no agent tools, so reviews are evidence only. Public reviews only, with no reply path back to the reviewer. The daily sync fetches the most recent reviews rather than the full history, so a source added today won’t backfill.
